In Matthew 22:37-39, Jesus gives us the greatest commandment:
“‘You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. What follows is also important: ‘Love your neighbour as yourself.’”
We believe this teaching gives us a beautiful pathway for life. First, we learn to love Him. As we receive the deep and generous love our Father has for us, it creates an overflow in our own hearts.
From this overflow, we are empowered to pour love into others. This is how we care for our community and live as Good Neighbours.
