First, Let’s Break Bread

Sharing a meal, can mean more than the food itself. It’s the meeting at a table and bringing something to share whether it be faith, experiences or exploring common interests.

Let’s relax and start with an open conversation about life and what lies ahead for you.
All this can be as light and as heavy as you want it to be: both in food and conversation.

Our intention is to get to know you, and for you to get to know us. Our hope is that we can help you to deepen your understanding in who Jesus Christ is and learn how you can live your life with Jesus.

Breaking Bread is the first step in finding out more about joining
The Carpenter’s House Family.

Life Groups

Life Groups are where we connect, build lasting friendships,
and grow in faith and life together.

What are Life Groups?

Life Groups are small gatherings of up to 15 people who meet locally every fortnight throughout the year (running February through November, with seasonal term breaks in April, August, and the summer holidays).

Big Group Gatherings

Throughout the year, all of our Life Groups come together for combined Big Group sessions. These nights are dedicated to fresh teaching, intergenerational conversations, and sharing a great meal together.

Encouragement for you

Spiritual maturity doesn’t happen in isolation. In his message God's Design for the Body of Christ, we are reminded that every believer is called to move beyond spiritual milk, anchor themselves in God’s Word, and grow into the fullness of Jesus. While personal devotion is essential, God designed us to mature together—as an interconnected body where every part has purpose.

That is exactly why Life Groups exist. Joining a small group moves faith from an individual routine into a lived community. It’s where we encourage one another, hold each other up in prayer, ask honest questions about the Word, and learn to serve side by side. If you want to take the next step in your spiritual growth, Life Groups provide the table, the family, and the soil for your faith to take deep root.

Direct your children onto the right path,
and when they are older, they will not leave it
Proverbs 22:6 NLT

Parents as First Teachers (PAFT) walks alongside parents to help nurture biblical faith at home. We connect throughout the week via WhatsApp and host get-togethers to encourage one another and exchange parenting ideas.

Sundays with Little Ones

We love having families worship together! Children start the morning in the main service with their parents, and we have sensory kits available to keep the youngest hands busy.

When the sermon starts, families are invited to head to our lounge with sermon-note workbooks and activity sheets. This allows parents and children to listen to the message together in a relaxed, family-friendly space. For those with infants needing extra care, our Parents’ Room offers a comfortable environment with a live stream of the service.

Once the sermon finishes, families rejoin the congregation to conclude our time together in song and prayer.
