The Source of Our Love

20 April 2002 - 20 years ago today

What a beautiful journey of highs, lows, stand stills and moving forward we have had so far.
Like the lyrics to Katinas, Thank You which Dan sang as I walked down the aisle to him

"Here I am with all I have
Raise my hands to worship You
I wanna say thank You, oh thank You
For everything, for who You are
You cover me and touch my heart
I wanna say thank You"

Thank You Lord for bringing us together.
We still believe in what it means for You that we found each other. Greater is Your purpose in our lives. Thank you for your leading, love and grace in our lives.

In our first 20 years of marriage we share some learnings with you:

- The source of our love needs to come from God
- Listen more, Speak less
- Marriage is not about "me", its about "us"
- As you grow, your marriage grows
- The best position in your marriage is a prayerful position - Pray for your marriage, pray for each other.
- Carry joy with you - do what brings laughter into your marriage
- Make time to rest - it can reset your mind, heart, body and spirit
